青森市をアートで音楽のある元気な街にしたい。そんな思いからはじまったアートでオン！
今回は、知っているようで知らない他の街の囃子が結集し、「ねぶた囃子」を聞き比べるミニ音楽祭と、アートで街を元気にする達人をゲストに迎え、ねぶたから街の元気の秘訣について考えるフォーラムを開催します。
