青森ねぶた祭の開幕まで１か月を切りました。青森市のラッセランドではねぶたの制作が山場に入っています。青森市のラッセランドです。２２の小屋が並びねぶたの制作が行われています。このうち今年、デビューするねぶた師・手塚茂樹さんは雷に宿る「雷神」を制作していて、いまは墨でねぶたの輪郭を描く書き割り作業をしています。書き割りがねぶたの出来映えを大きく左右すると言われていて、手塚さんは場所によって線の太さやかすれ具合を丁寧に書き分けていました。手塚さん制作の「雷神」はこのあと面の書き割りや色付けをしたあと、今月２６日に台上げし、完成する予定です。そのねぶた祭の運行計画などを検討する会議がきょう青森市で開かれ、祭り最終日に行われる海上運行に参加するねぶたの台数を増やすことなどが決まりました。海上運行のねぶたは東日本大震災で観光客が減少したことなどから、５台で運行していましたが、ことしは６台で実施されます。一方で消費増税や資材の高騰などにより、１７年ぶりに桟敷席の料金が値上げされることになり、去年より１００円高い２６００円としました。

It was under one month until the start of Aomori Nebuta Festival. Production of Nebuta enters in ラッセランド of Aomori-shi in a climax. It is ラッセランド of Aomori-shi. 22 huts form a line, and production of Nebuta is carried out. Of these, Nebuta teacher, Shigeki Tezuka making its debut produces "the god of thunder" dwelling in thunder, and setting scene to outline Nebuta with a sumi works now this year. Is said that setting scene greatly controls workmanship of Nebuta; and Tezuka by a place the thickness of the line grazed it, and wrote it carefully, and divided condition. After having done setting scene and the coloring of the aspect after this, I put up a stand on this month 26, and "the god of thunder" of the Tezuka production does it and is going to be completed. The meeting that examined service plans of Nebuta Festival was held today in Aomori-shi, and it was fixed at the festival last day to increase number of Nebuta to participate in performed sea service. Nebuta of the marine service is East Japan great earthquake disaster, and it traveled in five, but it is carried out with six this year by a tourist having decreased. On the other hand, the rates of the box seat would be raised after an interval of 17 years by a consumption tax increase or a remarkable rise of the material and did it with 2,600 yen that 100 yen was higher in than last year.
