『あったか鍋＆丼フェスタ』
鍋コーナーでは、旬の海鮮鍋から伝統の鍋、特産品を使った創作鍋まで、冬の青森ならではのあったかい鍋が勢ぞろいです。丼コーナーでは、新鮮な旬の食材を使った丼を提供します。一部、ミニサイズもあります。
『旬の海鮮おいしいものコーナー』
焼きイカ、サザエつぼ焼、海鮮串焼、海鮮焼きそば、かそせいか焼き村の惣菜など、鯵ヶ沢町と深浦町の海産物などを販売します。
『あおもり民工芸品制作体験コーナー』
津軽こぎん刺し、こけし絵付け、津軽凧絵付け、木工細工などの制作体験ができます。(有料)

A winter feast flocks to ass PAM!
"Warm pan & bowl Festa"
At the pan corner, a warm pan only in winter Aomori is an array from a seasonal sea foods pan to a traditional pan, the original pan using the special product. At the bowl corner, I offer the bowl using fresh seasonal ingredients. There is the mini-size partly, too.

I sell marine products of horse mackerel ヶ Sawacho and Fukauramachi including the side dish of a fried cuttlefish, turban shell pot firing, sea foods spit-roasting, sea foods chow mein or the revival or the fried village.

I stab Tsugaru こぎん, and there are production experiences such as kokeshi doll painting, Tsugaru picture on a kite charge account, the woodwork work. (pay)

五所川原市俵元地区で冬の風物詩・干し餅作りが最盛期を迎えている。干し場や餅小屋には、ひもで結わえた干し餅の束がカーテンのようにつるされ、農家らが出荷作業などに追われていた。同地区では、先月から農家8軒ほどで今季の干し餅作りが始まった。このうち兼成健逸さん(61)方の小屋では、一度凍らせて2週間ほど寒風にさらした餅がずらり。24日は乾燥具合を見ながら束を取り込み、仕上げの乾燥室へ餅を運び入れていた。青森地方気象台によると同日の五所川原市は最高気温が3.8度と3月上旬並みに上がった。兼成さんは「サクサクした食感の干し餅作りには、厳しい寒さが欠かせない。これまでは寒い日や吹雪の日が多かったので、干し餅はいい出来。表面が白くきれいに仕上がっている」と、笑顔を見せた。干し餅作りは2月末まで続く。
