青森市の文化観光交流施設「ねぶたの家 ワ・ラッセ」で、津軽三味線や民謡などの伝統芸能を楽しんでもらう通年イベント「津軽笑っせ劇場」が今月、2年目に入った。同劇場は市の企画で、昨年2月の初公演以降毎月、入場者は満員となっており、市民を中心に観光客にも好評だ。間近で本格的な伝統芸能を鑑賞できることや、司会者による軽妙な津軽弁のやりとりなどが観客に受けているとみられ、市観光課の渡邊慶隆課長は「今後も市民や観光客に喜んでもらえるよう取り組む」と意気込んでいる。同劇場は市や青森商工会議所などでつくる実行委員会が主催。公演は毎月1回行われ、定員は180人。毎回、内容を変更し年間を通じて市民らに伝統芸能の魅力を伝えている。今月6日に開かれた記念公演では三味線や手踊り、ジャズを交えた民謡などを披露。司会者でプロデューサーの伊奈かっぺいさん(67)が津軽弁を使って会場内でやりとりを始めると、観客からは何度も笑い声が響いた。これまで複数回訪れたという青森市の齋藤キミエさん(77)は「トークが面白い。民謡も素晴らしく、間近で見られて本当に楽しい。また来たい」と笑顔で話した。同劇場には首都圏からのツアー客も訪れ始めた。同課によると、市は昨年10月、東京都中野区で開かれたイベントで同劇場の魅力をPR。大手旅行会社担当者の目に留まり、今年1月に都内在住者を中心として同劇場鑑賞を組み込んだツアー開催にこぎ着けた。ツアー客約50人は「本場の三味線は全く違った」と話すなど、評判は上々だったという。伊奈さんは「一つとして同じ公演はしておらず、回を重ねるごとに新たなアイデアが出てくる。市民の皆さんに楽しんでもらい、観光客がどうしても青森で見たくなるものをつくりたい」と話している。

When Kappei Ina (67) of the producer began the exchanges using a Tsugaru dialect in emcees in a meeting place, the laughter sounded from the audience many times.
Kimie Saito (77) of Aomori-shi visited several times talked with a smile until now saying "talking was interesting, and the folk song was was seen, and it was really fun, and it wants to come again fantastically".
The tour visitor from the metropolitan area has begun to visit the theater, too. According to the section, the city publicizes the charm of the theater by an open event in Nakano-ku, Tokyo in last October. I caught eye of the major travel agency person in charge and managed to reach the tour holding that incorporated theater appreciation led by Tokyo resident in this January.
Approximately 50 tour visitors tell, "the genuine samisens were totally different", and it is said that the reputation was excellent.
Ina tells you, "I want to make the thing which I do not do the same performance for one and have a new idea comes out whenever I repeat times, and citizen's enjoy it, and a tourist never wants to see in Aomori".
