青森県下北半島の北東端、東通村の尻屋崎で放牧されている寒立馬（かんだちめ）が風雪をじっと耐え、春を待っている。寒立馬は尻屋埼灯台付近の放牧地から、尻屋漁港に近い「アタカ」と呼ばれる牧草地に移り、冬を越す。村によると、ことしは28頭が放牧されている。南部馬の血を引くがっしりとした脚で雪原に立ち、下北の厳冬に耐える。前脚のひづめで静かに雪を掘り返して、埋もれた草を黙々と食べ続けている馬たちは今月下旬までアタカで過ごす。冬を乗り越えた5月上旬に出産シーズンを迎える。

主 催 ＡＯＭＯＲＩ春フェスティバル実行委員会
目 的 コンパクトシティの概念で街づくりを目指している青森市は、中心市街地の再活性化に向け、再開発事業、街なか居住の推進、中心商店街でのイベント等、官民一体となって取り組んでおります。
そして今年も「ねぶたとよさこいのコラボレーション」をテーマに「第10回ＡＯＭＯＲＩ春フェスティバル」を開催致します。今年は記念すべき第１０回大会です。恒例になりました「ベリーダンス」や「地産地消食堂」の他、４日はワ・ラッセ西広場でも開催するなど、たくさんの企画を予定して開催したいと準備を進めておりますので、奮ってご参加いただき素晴らしい演舞で観客の皆様に感動を与えていただきたいと考えております。このイベントを通して青森の春の賑わいを創出し、観光客や青森市民も楽しめる一大イベントとして定着することを目的としておりますので皆様のご協力をお願い致します。
内 容 「ねぶたとYOSAKOIのコラボレーション」をテーマに、これまでに無かった祭りを創出し
ます。
中心街区にゾーンを設け、YOSAKOIチームの皆様には各チームの演舞をご披露して頂きます。
４日のワ・ラッセ西広場や、フィナーレ総踊りの際には、ねぶたの前で演舞して頂くという企画を用意しております。
また、実際のねぶた囃子の団体もこのイベントに参加致します。
オープニングパレードでは、大型ねぶた、囃子、跳人（ハネト）と、８月の「青森ねぶた祭」そのものの空間を再現しますので、各チームの踊り子の皆様も跳人（ハネト）となってオープニングパレードに参加していただきたいと思います。

In Aomori-shi aiming at the citizen-based town planning in the concept of the purpose compact city, public and private sectors work on redevelopment business, promotion of the town なか residence, the event in the central shopping street toward the reactivation of the central city area all in one body.
And I hold "the tenth AOMORI spring festival" under the theme of "collaboration having thick Nebuta and good point" this year. It is the tenth memorable meeting this year. Because I hold it in the wa raltuse Nishihiro ground other than "a belly dance" and "the local production for local consumption dining room" which became annual on 4th and push forward preparations when I plan many plans and want to hold it, I think that I want to have you show it and participate and to impress the audiences by a splendid dance. I create spring turnout of Aomori through this event, and I would like cooperation of because it is intended to take root in tourist and the Aomori citizen as a big event to be able to enjoy.
Under the theme of contents "collaboration of Nebuta and YOSAKOI," a wound gives the festival that there was not so far
ます.
You establish the zone in the central block, and please show the dance of each team to all of YOSAKOI teams.
In the case of the wa raltuse Nishihiro ground and finale total dance of 4th, I prepare for a plan to have you dance before Nebuta.
In addition, the group of real Nebuta musical accompaniments participates in this event, too.
Because I reproduce large Nebuta, musical accompaniment, leaper (ハネト) and space of the "Aomori Nebuta Festival" itself of August in the opening parade, I want to have it is a leaper (ハネト), and an opening parade participate in the dance girls of each team.
