青森１０市大祭典in中野

米IT大手グーグルが運営する演劇や演奏などの芸術を360度のパノラマ画像で視聴できる「パフォーミング・アーツ」に、「青森ねぶた祭」が日本から唯一参加し、世界に向けて祭りのにぎわいや制作過程などを発信している。パフォーミング・アーツは、グーグルのオンライン博物館「カルチュラル・インスティテュート」内にあるギャラリー。青森ねぶた祭は昨年12月に公開された。2015年の運行を間近で撮影したパノラマ画像を視聴しながら、熱気を帯びるハネトや観客らの中を練り歩く感覚を味わえる。過去10年間（06～15年）の大型ねぶた計220台の画像も運行年ごとに表示。題名や作品の由来、制作者名などの情報を日本語と英語で紹介する。パフォーミング・アーツには、ベルリン・フィルハーモニー管弦楽団やカーネギーホールなど世界中の60以上の団体が協力する。客席や舞台上から撮影されたパノラマ画像を通し、演奏や演劇の鑑賞を仮想体験できる。県は豪華客船の寄港など訪日外国人の誘客に力を入れる。県観光企画課の担当者は「世界屈指の芸術団体が肩を並べるコンテンツへの参加で、ねぶた祭を知らなかった世界の人にアピールできる。祭りを通じて青森県の魅力を知ってもらいたい」と期待する。
"Aomori Nebuta Festival" participates alone from Japan and sends turnout or the production process of the festival to "the パフォーミング arts" that can watch the art such as a drama or the performance that U.S. IT major Google runs with a 360-degree panorama image for the world. The パフォーミング arts are galleries in online museum "カルチュラル institute" of Google. Aomori Nebuta Festival was shown in last December. I can taste a sense to parade around in ハネト and the audiences on heat while watching the panoramic image which photographed service of 2015 close. 220 large-scale Nebuta images of (06-15 years) in total display it every the service year for the past ten years, too. Japanese and English introduce the information such as the origin of a title and the work, the producer name. The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra and groups more than 60 including Carnegie Hall of the world cooperate with パフォーミング arts. I imagine the appreciation of a performance and the drama and can experience it through a photographed panoramic image from a seat and the stage top. The prefecture lays emphasis on the attracting tourist of the visit to Japan foreigner including the call at a port of the luxurious passenger liner. The person in charge of the sightseeing in prefecture Planning Division expects it saying "I want to be able to appeal to the world person who did not know Nebuta Festival by the participation in contents that one of the world's best art groups display shoulders and to know the charm of Aomori through a festival".
