県民へのアンケートをもとにして作られた、下北ワインの新しいスパークリングワインが完成しました。むつ市川内町のサンマモルワイナリーでは、県産のスチューベンを使用した３種類のスパークリングワインを完成させ、明日から始まる出荷を前に瓶詰め作業が急ピッチで進められています。サンマモルワイナリーは去年４月、５種類のスパークリングワインを発売して飲み比べてもらう「県民ワインプロジェクト」を行いました。アンケートの結果辛口が好評だったため、今年はルージュ、ホワイト、レッドの３種類とも辛口に統一されました。ルージュはボリュームのある辛口、ホワイトとレッドはスッキリとした辛口に仕上がったということです。３種類のスパークリングワインは来月７日から店頭で販売される予定で、今年も広く意見を集めたいということです。

A new sparkling wine of Shimokita wine cooked based on the questionnaire to a citizen of the prefecture was completed. In the saury molar winery of Kawachicho, Mutsu-shi, complete three kinds of sparkling wines using stew Ben from a prefecture, and bottle work is pushed forward ahead of shipment to begin from tomorrow at a fast pace. I performed "a citizen of the prefecture wine project" to have you compare by the saury molar winery releasing five kinds of sparkling wines in last April, and drinking. Because hot was popular, rouge, white, three kinds of the red were standardized as a result of questionnaire this year by hot. The rouge is that the hot with the volume, the white and the red were finished in refreshing hot. Three kinds of sparkling wines are going to be sold at store from next month 7, and it means that I want to collect opinions widely this year.
