日本郵便東北支社は1日、青森ねぶた祭をデザインしたオリジナルフレーム切手「青森ねぶた 2015」を販売開始した。切手セットは82円切手10枚と台紙、ポストカード2枚で構成。昨年ねぶた大賞を受賞した「戦国武士華『前田慶次』」など、ねぶた師・千葉作龍さんが制作したねぶたをデザインに使用している。価格は1セット1500円で約5千セットを青森市、黒石市、平川市、東郡、南郡の全郵便局計77局（一部の簡易郵便局は除く）で販売する。発売を記念して同日、切手セットを販売する77局を代表して陸奥平舘郵便局の米田敦局長らが青森市役所を訪れ、鹿内博市長にフレーム切手を贈呈した。
The Japanese postal northeastern branch office began to sell original frame stamp "Aomori Nebuta 2015" that designed Aomori Nebuta Festival on 1st. Director Atsushi Yoneta and others of the land Okudaira Tachi post office visited the Aomori-shi government office on behalf of 77 stations which sold a stamp set and presented a frame stamp to Mayor Hiroshi Shikanai in commemoration of release on the same day.
